Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Alliances Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in vendor management, sales support, or technology distribution who wants to further their career in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

The Alliances Executive will work closely with the Strategic Alliances Manager to oversee Distology’s Scale and Accelerate vendor partnerships. You will be responsible for optimizing vendor performance, ensuring smooth product delivery through the channel, and supporting sales growth through strong collaboration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Scale and Accelerate vendors, building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns, product promotions, and go-to-market strategies.

• Ensure Distology sales teams are trained on vendor products and positioned to sell effectively.

• Track and report vendor performance, including sales data, channel feedback, and opportunities for growth.

• Resolve issues related to product quality, delivery timelines, returns, or partner engagement promptly.

• Evaluate vendor performance periodically, assessing pricing, product quality, support, and channel satisfaction.

• Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth product integration and delivery.

• Analyse data, market trends, and vendor performance to support informed decision-making.

• Manage multiple vendor relationships and projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and prioritization.

• Foster trust and collaboration with vendors to support long-term strategic success.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

• Experience in vendor management, technology distribution, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with vendors and internal teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and performance metrics.

• Strong problem-solving skills, solution-focused, and able to manage conflicts effectively.

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities.

• Deep understanding of technology products (hardware and software) and their distribution channels.

• Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership.

• Commercially aware and focused on driving partner and business success.
