German - Lead Generation / Pre Sales Specialist

Job Title: Pre-Sales Lead Generation (Cold Calling / Multi-Cloud Services)

We’re seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join their growing team. This role is key in driving the sales pipeline—engaging with senior technology and business leaders, identifying challenges and requirements, and scheduling qualified follow-up appointments for specialist sales teams.

Role
  • Outbound B2B calling (predominantly cold) to CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Heads of Infrastructure, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Executing multiple campaigns promoting multi-cloud services and high-performance data centres.
  • Introducing our client to prospects, using relevant touchpoints (e.g. whitepaper downloads, event attendance) to spark meaningful conversations.
  • Asking insightful profiling questions to understand infrastructure, business challenges, sustainability goals, compliance, and AI readiness.
  • Recording accurate notes in the CRM, capturing pain points, opportunities, and decision-maker details.
  • Securing qualified appointments for the senior sales/specialist team, providing 2–3 agreed dates.
  • Ensuring CRM data quality and lead accuracy.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment and lead quality.
About You
  • Native German (essential).
  • Previous B2B experience engaging senior decision-makers (ideally at C-level).
  • Confident, consultative, and professional telephone manner.
  • Target-driven and resilient, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Strong listening and questioning skills to uncover business needs.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, or data centre services is advantageous (full training provided).
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
