Known for their innovative solutions and customer-first approach, they’re now seeking a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join their expanding team in Chichester.

The Role As a Telemarketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving my client’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. Working within a supportive sales environment, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, booking qualified appointments, and helping to grow the company’s client base within the telecoms sector.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to introduce my client’s telecom solutions.

-          Generate high-quality leads and book qualified appointments for the field sales team.

-          Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective follow-ups.

-          Build rapport with decision-makers, understanding their business needs and positioning tailored telecom solutions.

-          Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

-          Maintain accurate records of all activity in the CRM system.

About You:

-          Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation is essential (B2B experience preferred).

-          Knowledge of the telecoms industry is desirable but not essential – training will be provided.

-          Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the confidence to speak to senior decision-makers.

-          A motivated, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

-          Organised, proactive, and resilient with a positive "can-do" attitude.
