We are seeking a Digital Health Records Supervisor who is detail-oriented, digitally proficient, and passionate about working for the NHS, to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in the digitisation of patient records.

Main duties of the job
To support the Digital Health Records Team Leader in the day to day management of the Trust's Digital Health Records department.
Promoting and ensuring all Digital Health Records are managed to the required data quality standards.
To be responsible for the daily staffing resources in order to provide the variety of tasks relating to paper and electronic patient Health Records for the Trust, which will include the pulling and preparation of patient Health Records to ensure that they are in the correct format for scanning.

Qualifications
- oEducated to GCSE (or equivalent) to include English and Maths Grade C or above.
- oNVQ3 admin or proven equivalent experience
- oEvidence of continued professional development to NVQ4 / diploma equivalent to include training and/ or experience in : oHealth records administration & tracking oComputerised patient records systems oAudit / Data quality oStaff supervision
- oAdditional relevant qualifications eg first aid certificate, fire warden training
Experience
- oPrevious experience in a health records administration working environment
- oExperience and understanding of a PAS system
- oExperience and thorough working knowledge of iFIT.
- oCustomer care skills and experience in the NHS
- oExperience of supervising administration staff
- oManaging rotas for groups of staff
- oExperience of an Electronic Document Management (EDM) System
Skills
- oGood interpersonal skills, effective communication with colleagues at all levels within the organisation
- oGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- oShown willingness to plan and adapt to change
