The Role

This is a hands-on, senior support position where you’ll be the go-to expert for escalated IT issues, infrastructure support, and systems maintenance. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and contribute to exciting upgrade and migration projects — all while mentoring junior technicians and shaping the future of IT
