We are delighted to be recruiting for an additional Technical Support Engineer to join Alunet, part of the Eurocell Group.

This role will play a key part in supporting both our external customers and our internal Sales Team.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide expert guidance and strategic leadership across all technical support and training activities within Allunet. You will support customers with technical queries, product understanding, and first-time installations, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience and the highest standard of technical assistance.

WHAT OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS DO:
  • Provide comprehensive technical support across the business
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Coach, mentor, and upskill internal teams to strengthen technical capability
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and support colleagues to work innovatively, promoting collaboration across and between teams
  • Deliver hands-on operational support as needed, including phone-based and on-site technical assistance to customers
  • Maintain and enhance technical knowledge across the organisation by conducting training needs analyses and delivering targeted training at individual, team, and organisational levels

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS:
  • In-depth knowledge of aluminium door and window systems
  • GGF or FENSA qualification, or willingness to work towards achieving it
  • Strong analytical skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Previous experience preparing reports and delivering presentations
  • Experience of working with an ERP systems
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Commercial awareness relevant to the sector and local area could be an advantage
  • Flexibility to accommodate overnight stays as required by business needs
