What You’ll Do - Act on qualified inbound leads
- Hold engaging discovery calls with parents to understand each child’s goals and challenges
- Recommend the right tutoring plan using a consultative, empathetic approach
- Log and manage leads in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Share insights on lead quality, objections and campaign performance to improve conversion rates
What You Bring - Experience in phone-based B2C or B2B sales (education / edtech, subscription / membership or consumer tech preferred)
- Strong understanding of the UK Education system (Secondary, GCSE, A-levels)
- A consultative sales style - adaptive, confident and customer-first
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- CRM discipline and data accuracy (HubSpot experience ideal)
- Empathy, energy, and a strong drive to hit conversion and revenue goals
