Ecommerce Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic and ambitious E-commerce Manager to join their growing team. In this newly created position, the E-commerce Manager will play a pivotal role in optimising their online performance, enhancing their digital presence across global territories.

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to define and implement a global trading strategy.

Develop and implement key trading plans to align with company growth targets, increased conversion and maximising revenue across our online store.

Management of the day-to-day e-commerce operations

Implement and analyse onsite performance using key analytics and performance tools and make recommendations to continuously improve the customer experience and online functionality.

Providing regular reporting to the Senior Leadership team

Lead trade meetings to review performance and forward planning for commercial

opportunities to maximise growth.

Leveraging data and insights to help inform key trading performance improvements

Responsible for online visual merchandising and product descriptions

Working closely with the Merchandising and Marketing team

Management of customer app

Implement A/B testing for creative elements

Utilise data and customer insights to drive personalisation strategies, delivering relevant,

tailored content and product recommendations.

About you:

Minimum 5 years experience in an ecommerce role.

Extensive experience using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and performance tracking analytics tools.

Proven track record of improving front-end customer experiences and executing

successful e-commerce campaigns to maximise revenue.

Data driven with the ability to digest and identify key insights and turn them into

actionable performance improvements.

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with the marketing and creative teams to optimise the online experience.

Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Experience in managing performance marketing such as paid media and CRM is adventurous but not essential.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
