Business Analyst / Design Analyst - Wealth Management

My leading client has an immediate requirement for a Business Analyst / Business Design Analyst you must have a strong Wealth Management background to be able to hit the ground running and be proactive and detail-oriented In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to design, document, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value. You'll be involved throughout the full change lifecycle from requirement gathering and solution design to testing and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Design & Client Documentation Management
- Lead the full impact assessment of the complete suite of client documents.
- Manage the drafting, reviewing, and sign-off process for new client documentation.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of consent letters, packs, and FAQs supporting client migration activities.
- Conduct data reviews of intermediated clients to support workstream scheduling and activity planning.
- Develop the roll-out model for all new client documents.
Requirement Gathering
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather clear, concise requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to analyse and confirm requirements.
Documentation
- Produce detailed business requirements, use cases, process flows, data models, and other supporting artefacts.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business areas, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation to ensure clarity and alignment.
Technical Design
- Design and support the delivery of small system and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with the Business Design Specialist (Architecture) to deliver large-scale technical change.
- Assist in creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions.
- Ensure all technical changes comply with group technical standards and principles.
