The Role: Business Development Executive
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Pro-actively contacting potential prospects, introducing the company’s innovative services and booking appointments.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Present our products/services, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM System.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Play a part in campaign management by gathering information from various sources, providing business insight to help optimise marketing campaigns.
- Assist on feedback on campaigns.
- Results driven with a focus on achieving Sales targets.
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in Telesales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish relationships over the phone.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
