Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead key functions including Facilities, IT, data compliance, health & safety. You will manage staff, liaise with external providers, and ensure services run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. To be considered you must have experience in a similar role and be available immediately!
Duties:
- Oversee reception and office; manage contractors, cleaning, compliance checks, and insurance
- Oversee IT services, hardware/software procurement, and system improvements.
- Ensure GDPR compliance, manage reporting, and maintain data accuracy.
- Lead compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations; manage policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Line management for some team members
Requirements:
- Experience managing outsourced IT services
- Knowledge of GDPR, data protection, and database management
- Understanding of health & safety compliance
- Strong leadership, organisational, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
