The Role
You’ll work across a warm book of 200+ existing customers, driving proactive outreach to uncover expansion opportunities, influence renewals, and generate qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team. You’ll be the front line of engagement - building relationships, understanding customer needs, and positioning the right solutions to grow revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and qualify upsell/cross‐sell opportunities
- Partner closely with AEs to support renewals and minimise churn
- Drive consistent outreach across your account book
- Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and activity tracking
- Prioritise high‐value accounts to maximise pipeline impact
- Capture and share customer insights to influence product direction
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech sales
- Strong communication and discovery skills
- Confident objection handling and value-led messaging
- Excellent organisation and pipeline discipline
- A proactive, commercial mindset focused on outcomes
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in Central London
