£50,000 base + £35,000 OTE (uncapped)

The Role

You’ll work across a warm book of 200+ existing customers, driving proactive outreach to uncover expansion opportunities, influence renewals, and generate qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team. You’ll be the front line of engagement - building relationships, understanding customer needs, and positioning the right solutions to grow revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify and qualify upsell/cross‐sell opportunities
  • Partner closely with AEs to support renewals and minimise churn
  • Drive consistent outreach across your account book
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and activity tracking
  • Prioritise high‐value accounts to maximise pipeline impact
  • Capture and share customer insights to influence product direction

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech sales
  • Strong communication and discovery skills
  • Confident objection handling and value-led messaging
  • Excellent organisation and pipeline discipline
  • A proactive, commercial mindset focused on outcomes
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in Central London
