IT Apprentice
As an IT Apprentice, you will support the IT Manager and wider business with day-to-day IT tasks while learning on the job. You’ll gain valuable exposure to a broad range of IT systems and practices, including hardware, software, and user support.
Role
- Providing first-line support to staff with IT queries.
- Setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, and mobile phones.
- Assisting with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Supporting email account setup and troubleshooting.
- Helping with basic networking and connectivity issues.
- Installing and maintaining office equipment and electronic devices.
- Keeping accurate records of IT assets, support requests, and fixes.
