🚀 Starlink Installation Technician – Nationwide (UK or Ireland)

Are you ready to help install Starlinks across the nation? We’re looking for skilled technicians to join our growing team of Starlink installers.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Install Starlink systems at customer locations
• Safely mount antenna equipment on rooftops or suitable structures (based on pre-site surveys)
• Professionally run and secure cabling from the antenna to the Starlink
• Configure and program the Starlink
• Test, troubleshoot, and ensure everything is performing perfectly before leaving the site
• Deliver excellent customer service and answer customer questions
• Complete a handover pack with a description of the work and required photos at the end of each job
• Educate customers on using their new Starlink system

🔧 What You Need

• Strong understanding of telecom systems and equipment
• Experience with fibre splicing & low-voltage cabling
• Confidence with hand tools and network installation
• Great problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous service technician experience is an advantage

📌 Additional Requirements you will need to own

• 3 metre capable ladder
• Tools suitable for Starlink installation
• Ability to climb and work safely on roofs within Health & Safety guidelines
• Your own liability insurance
• A reliable vehicle with sufficient space to carry up to 2 Starlinks
• Ability to carry out pre-installation surveys and site visits
