About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with the capability to analyse complex data from multiple sources and turn it into influential insights to drive meaningful and impactful change across the business.

As a Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities across diverse datasets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build solutions that enhance operational performance and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse data across a variety of platforms to transform raw information into actionable insights
• Demonstrating evidence-based analysis to senior stakeholders to support insightful decision making leading to better outcomes across operational performance
• Supporting the business by delivering solutions that help free up valuable time by unlocking data and automating key tasks
• Ensuring that our data shows “right now” and “what if” solutions driving creative thinking
• Using analytics to identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the business

About You

• Proven experience in a Data Analyst role
• Strong data analysis skills, with high proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar
• Ability to document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

This is a full-time office-based (not remote working) position.

Our hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
