Job description - Customer Success Associate In this Client Success Associate role, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers achieve success using the platform. You will provide ongoing support, deliver solutions to customer challenges, and ensure they derive maximum value from the offerings available on the platform. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, with a passion for data and technology, and some relevant experience in customer-facing or technical roles. The ideal candidate will be data literate, comfortable with SQL, and have basic technical skills to assist customers in navigating the platform.
Key responsibilities - Customer Success Associate In this Customer Success Analyst role, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service via email, phone, and chat.
- Onboarding and training new customers, ensuring they are set up for success and understand the full capabilities of the platform.
- Fostering strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to ensure they are fully supported throughout their journey.
- Providing ongoing training and support on new features, updates, and best practices.
- Analysing customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and potential to increase customer value.
- Assisting customers with technical issues, including writing basic SQL queries and guiding them on how to use the platform's data functionalities.
Job requirements - Customer Success Associate - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a business, marketing, data science, or technical field.
- Data literacy, with the ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Fundamental technical skills and comfort working with data-driven platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing customer needs.
