Currently, this technology moves over $19 billion of merchandise across 112 countries a year.  Please note, this is a fixed-term contract until the end of February 2026.   This opportunity presents a fantastic chance for a driven graduate to gain hands-on exposure within a global logistics business and develop their experience. Job description - Operations Executive (FTC) Please note, this is a fixed-term contract until the end of February 2026.   In this Operations Analyst Executivejob, you will be working within the company's Booking, Quoting and Invoicing team in the London office. Alongside gaining Freight Forwarding industry knowledge, you will develop a range of experience, being responsible for the operations processes which underpin client experiences.  This will include everything from booking logistics services according to client requests, creating and distributing reports, and actioning quotes and invoices. You'll need to be extremely organised and comfortable working with data. Key responsibilities - Operations Associate  In this Business Operations role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Booking, Quoting & Invoicing team with operational duties. 
  • Coordinating bookings and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensuring all services are accurately quoted and priced in line with the pre-established margin policy guidelines.
  • Supporting with invoicing processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot financial issues, as well as acting as an escalation point for risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Responding to client escalations, partnering with Account Management teams to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by documenting best practices and lessons learned.
  • Helping to identify and implement improvements in department processes.
  • Various administrative duties, including documentation, data entry, and clerical assistance.
  • Managing relationships with Stakeholders.
  • Analysing bills, invoices, and other such documents with a high attention to detail.
 Job requirements - Operations Analyst
  • Candidates should be available to start in December 2025, and available to work on a fixed-term contract until the end of February 2026. 
  • A graduate from university - degrees in logistics, business, or operations related subjects are highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience or internships in office-based organisational roles are advantageous.
  • An interest in the global logistics and supply chain industry (no industry experience is necessary!)
  • A highly team-centric person who is motivated by delivering on team and client operations.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Confident in managing, analysing and interpreting data, with previous experience doing so.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills to keep up with the fast-paced nature of the global trade industry.
  • A hands-on, process-driven person with structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communication, both written and verbal.
