Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: £27,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35,000+)

What will you be doing?
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers — helping them understand how our services can support and transform their business.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop strong sales skills while benefiting from uncapped commission and ongoing training.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to potential customers to book virtual and face-to-face meetings.
- Updating and maintaining customer information within our systems.
- Identifying key decision-makers and capturing relevant contact details.
- Scheduling follow-up calls and managing your pipeline effectively.
- Sending information to prospects and supporting the wider sales process.
Required Skills & Experience
- Resilient, self-motivated and positive mindset.
- Previous sales experience or transferable skills from customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
- A track record of working toward targets.
- Confident communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ambitious, driven and motivated by personal and financial growth.
