Following significant growth in Ireland, HR Duo has expanded to the UK and recently launched our UK office in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. Our mission is to make HR easy by combining deep HR expertise with innovative technology.
HR Duo provides a comprehensive HR technology solution for SME and Enterprise organisations. Our platform supports Workforce Management, HR, on-demand pay, payroll, performance management and an applicant tracking system. We are now building a strong UK sales team to acquire new customers and increase market presence.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Research, identify, and generate new opportunities over the phone and web yourself weekly, supported by an internal SDR team and marketing activities.
- Skilfully deliver presentations and demonstrations using sales best practices both in person and virtually.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including operations, HR, finance, and senior management, to understand their needs and customise solutions accordingly.
- Discuss commercials and negotiate with C-suite and director-level decision-makers.
- Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota.
- Utilising social media, technology platforms and other means to generate new business meetings.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records using CRM software to ensure efficient tracking and reporting of sales progress.
- Attending networking events where appropriate.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Two years plus successful B2B sales experience.
- A strong track record of achievement, ideally within B2B SaaS in the HR technology market.
- Numbers-focused and driven to consistently exceed targets.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong results orientation.
- Experience with value-based selling and ROI led negotiation.
- Experience selling into SMEs across Manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality, Retail or Care would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated persistence, tenacity and commercial awareness.
