Senior Infrastructure Support

A growing Microsoft Partner is looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join their close-knit technical team. This role offers full ownership of customer environments, hands-on engineering, and the opportunity to work directly on core hosting and infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• 2nd & 3rd line support across Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V and M365
• Troubleshooting across firewalls, VPNs, DNS, VLANs and routing
• Supporting virtualisation platforms, storage and backup/DR environments
• Working on upgrade, migration and infrastructure improvement projects
• Managing tickets and direct technical communication with customers
• Occasional data centre visits & out-of-hours support (paid)

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in an infrastructure / 2nd–3rd line role
• Strong Microsoft stack knowledge (Windows Server, AD, M365, Exchange)
• Virtualisation exposure (Hyper-V and ideally VMware)
• Core networking understanding (VPNs, firewalls, DNS, VLANs)
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
• MSP or hosting provider experience is highly beneficial
