The Role You will sit within a specialist MarTech Enablement function, supporting CRM delivery across multiple digital channels. Your work will help clients execute effective customer communications and modernise their marketing ecosystems.Key responsibilities include:* Supporting the development and execution of CRM strategies across email, SMS, push and other digital channels.* Managing end-to-end campaign execution including briefing, build, segmentation and performance review.* Using customer data and analytics to optimise campaigns and enhance engagement.* Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to align CRM solutions with business objectives.* Contributing to MarTech transformation projects, platform migrations and process improvements.* Supporting training and change adoption for CRM technologies.
Your Skills and Experience* Strong hands-on experience with at least one campaign management platform such as Adobe Campaign, Braze or Bloomreach.* Demonstrated ability to build and deliver multichannel campaign journeys.* Confident interpreting CRM briefs and turning requirements into effective campaign solutions.* Good understanding of digital channels including email, SMS and push.* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.* Proven capability working with CRM strategy, segmentation and campaign optimisation.
