CRM Solution Architect London - 2 days in the office Up to £95,000 plus benefits Hybrid working

A well known organisation within the sports and entertainment space is growing its digital technology function and is looking for a CRM Solution Architect to support a major transformation across sales, service and marketing. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping modern CRM and MarTech capabilities while working closely with senior technical and business stakeholders.

THE ROLE As a CRM Solution Architect you will sit within the Digital Technology division and take ownership of defining and assuring the architecture for CRM, CDP and wider marketing technology solutions. You will guide technical teams, support product roadmaps and ensure all solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to enterprise architecture standards.

You will work as part of a central solution architecture practice and will be responsible for shaping technical direction, leading advisory and assurance activity, and establishing best practice across key digital products.

You will* Lead architecture advisory and assurance for CRM and marketing technology initiatives* Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CDP tools and multi channel communication platforms* Define and maintain technical design standards, patterns and documentation* Guide onshore and offshore engineering teams through the full development lifecycle* Chair technical design governance forums and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture* Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams to shape epics and features early in the lifecycle* Ensure integrations across cloud platforms and third party SaaS systems are robust and scalable

YOUR SKILLS You will need* Extensive experience as a Solution Architect within CRM and MarTech environments* Strong background implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM* Experience with CDP technologies and multi channel orchestration* Solid understanding of cloud architecture, integration patterns and enterprise design standards* Experience working in Agile delivery environments* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non technical stakeholders* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work with external vendors and offshore teams

Desirable* Experience with Hightouch or Bloomreach* Prior engineering experience* CRM or CDP certifications
