This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, category-defining platform that powers elite recruiters placing talent into the world's most ambitious startups. The business is reshaping how recruitment partnerships are scaled, turning independent recruiters and boutique agencies into high-value, long-term revenue streams. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new recruiter accounts, expanding relationships, and defining the playbook for scaling the recruiter ecosystem.
The Role As an Account Executive, you will combine strategic sales skills with consultative relationship-building to acquire and grow a portfolio of independent recruiters and boutique agencies. You will own the end-to-end sales process, identify high-potential partners, and demonstrate the value of the platform, helping recruiters succeed while driving significant enterprise-level deal growth.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire high-value recruiters and agencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding the recruitment business and hiring needs
- Deliver solution-focused presentations, demos, and workshops to illustrate platform value
- Manage full sales cycles from sourcing and pitching to closing and expanding accounts
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to drive pipeline growth and partner success
- Stay current with recruiting industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting using sales playbooks and GTM tools

Account Executive Requirements: We're looking for a proactive, high-performing professional who brings:
- 2-8 years in AE, SDR, GTM, or growth roles at a startup
- Experience in recruiting, fintech, or marketplace businesses
- Proven outbound experience and ability to build your own pipeline
- Strong track record in quota-crushing, account growth, and relationship management
- Familiarity with modern GTM tools (Attio, Clay, Smartlead, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solutions-oriented mindset with ownership and bias for action
