CRM Solution Architect

• £650 Per Day Inside IR35
• Hybrid Working (2 Days in London Office)
• 6 Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced CRM Solution Architect to work with our client's implementation partners to ensure the successful rollout of Microsoft Dynamics, Bloomreach and Hightouch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the solution design and architecture for CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and marketing technology systems
• Manage and ensure smooth data migration from legacy systems
• Collaborate with external implementation partners and internal stakeholders including Sales, Service, Membership, Marketing, and IT teams
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Ensure alignment of CRM solutions with the broader Enterprise Architecture strategy and technology roadmap
• Support the rollout and adoption of new marketing automation tools and CDP
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and project success

Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience engaging with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
• Experience working alongside external implementation and development partners
• Strong understanding of CRM data migration and integration best practices
