THE TEAM
You'll join a small, close-knit data team operating as a central triage point for the wider agency. The team supports a broad range of data-driven questions, from campaign performance and forecasting to CRM insight and client reporting.
The environment is collaborative, autonomous, and fast-paced. Chemistry and cultural fit are essential, with individuals trusted to own their work, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight.
THE ROLE
This is a varied, agency-style Data Analyst position combining hands-on analysis, forecasting, CRM insight, and increasing client-facing engagement over time. The role is a replacement hire, with a strong dependency on handover, and will be critical to maintaining continuity across campaigns and products.
You'll be expected to take ownership of incoming data requests, confidently explain methodology, and ensure all outputs are accurate, robust, and commercially meaningful.
Key responsibilities include:
Analysis & Insight

Act as a triage point for incoming data questions and analysis requests.

Analyse client-provided datasets in multiple formats, often Excel-heavy.

Translate complex data into clear, insight-led narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
Forecasting & Modelling

Support campaign forecasting and modelling, including predicting registrations and outcomes.

Advise on channels, timelines, and expected performance based on data-led assumptions.

Contribute to the development of longer-term forecasting capability.
Data Quality & Methodology

Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all outputs.

Confidently answer questions on methodology and analytical approach, particularly for high-impact work.

Take accountability for outputs that directly influence campaign outcomes and business forecasts.
Systems & Reporting

Work with a relational database supporting an education-focused partnership product.

Use SQL-driven analysis to feed into Power BI dashboards and reporting.

Select appropriate tools and techniques depending on data structure and campaign needs.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience in a data analyst role.

Strong preference for agency or marketing-led backgrounds.

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts, visualisation).

SQL (joins, selects, data manipulation).

Experience working with relational databases.

Power BI for reporting and visualisation.

Experience with CRM data, segmentation, or campaign selection.
