Dynamics365 Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce a practical, clearly structured plan to clean up and optimise the platform
  • Redesign lead and opportunity tracking to strengthen data quality, visibility, and reporting
  • Improve underlying data models, workflows, and operational processes within D365
  • Operate independently with a hands-on, delivery-driven mindset
  • Engage with client and agency stakeholders where required, without the need for close supervision

  • Track record of reviewing, untangling, and improving complex or poorly configured D365 setups
  • Comfortable handling large-scale data audits and cleansing initiatives
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle
  • Able to thrive in fast-moving, short-duration project environments
  • Confident working autonomously and making practical, outcome-focused decisions
