MS Dynamics Consultant - Contract Tech Client £500-£520 per day - Outside IR35 London - Remote

An established digital agency has secured a new project with a US-based HR technology organisation and is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 specialist to lead an audit and recommendation project. This is an initial 8 week engagement, ideal for a hands-on contractor who enjoys parachuting into complex environments, diagnosing issues, and delivering practical improvements quickly.

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end Dynamics 365 setup, working independently to audit, redesign, and improve lead and sales tracking across a large B2B dataset.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead an end-to-end review of the existing MS Dynamics 365 setup
• Audit and analyse current lead management and sales tracking processes
• Identify issues across the B2B lifecycle, from lead generation through to sales
• Review and rationalise 40,000-60,000 business records
• Design and deliver a clear, actionable cleanup and optimisation plan
• Redesign lead and sales tracking to improve data quality and reporting
• Clean up data structures, workflows, and processes within D365
• Work autonomously, taking a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
• Collaborate with agency and client stakeholders as needed, without heavy oversight

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an MS Dynamics 365 specialist (hands-on, not just advisory)
• Strong background in B2B CRM environments, particularly lead and sales tracking
• Experience auditing and improving complex or poorly structured D365 instances
• Confident working with large datasets and data clean-up initiatives
• End-to-end understanding of the customer / sales lifecycle
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, short-term projects
• Able to work independently and make pragmatic recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
