Project Manager

Location: London (King's Cross) - hybrid, 2 days per week onsite (Mon/Wed)Contract: Up to 6 months | IR35: Outside Rate: £450-520per day Start: ASAP - 2 weeks notice max

Hands-on Project Manager contract role created to cover a short-term gap while a permanent hire is made. The focus is on maintaining enterprise client engagement, supporting delivery, and acting as the key bridge between customers, engineering, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

• Manage enterprise customer accounts and active deals (new and ongoing).
• Act as the main delivery contact for customers (email and meeting coordination).
• Run bi-weekly client engagements and produce clear summary slide decks.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery milestones remain on track.
• Troubleshoot helpdesk tickets and ensure issues are owned and resolved by engineering.
• Ask the right questions internally on behalf of customers.
• Operate within a flexible PRINCE2-style framework
• Glue together delivery across customer success, engineering, and operations.
• Enable internal teams through clear communication and prioritisation.

• Travel/Transport/fleet experience a big plus
• Experience in SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise environments desirable.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident written and presentation skills (Google Slides, summaries, updates).
• Experience using Jira to track delivery and issues.
• Comfortable working closely with engineering teams.
• Collaborative, delivery-focused mindset.
