Head of Analytics
HEAD OF ANALYTICS (8-12 month Fixed Term Contract)
LONDON - HYBRID - 3 days a week in the office
SALARY UP TO £110,000 (pro-rata)

THE ROLE
The position sits within a growing data function and reports into the CFO. The focus of the role is to move the organisation from data infrastructure maturity into insight-led decision-making and business impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading analytics and BI initiatives that demonstrate tangible business value
- Partnering with teams across customer success, operations, and marketing to deliver actionable reporting and insight
- Building and enhancing reporting around areas such as customer experience, installations, service issues, and marketing performance
- Acting as a champion for Power BI adoption across the organisation, sharing best practice and success stories
- Translating complex data into commercially meaningful insights for senior stakeholders
- Managing stakeholder expectations and building strong relationships to improve data literacy across the business
- Supporting the evolution of analytics capability as the business scales into its next growth phase
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience leading or managing analytics or BI workstreams
- Previous hands-on background in analytics, including SQL, even if no longer fully hands-on
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to articulate value from data
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to set expectations and influence across functions
- Organised, solutions-focused, and comfortable operating in an environment that is still evolving
- Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g. cloud platforms, data warehouses, BI tools)
