First Line Analyst (L2)

Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a First Line Analyst (L2)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a First Line Analyst (L2) to support the delivery of a 24/7 x 365 service. You will work in rotating Early, Mid, and Late shifts covering 07:00 - 19:00, providing technical support and service delivery to Computacenter's customers while ensuring adherence to agreed standards and procedures.

• Location: Hybrid working - 1-2 days in office with training face to face in office. Milton Keynes 3 (Caldecotte, Buckinghamshire)
• Daily Rate: £12.60 per hour (PAYE) OR £16.35 per hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company), in-scope IR35
• Contract Length: 24-Nov-2025 to 31-Mar-2026
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:* Provide first-line technical support to customers
* Investigate and resolve incidents promptly
* Fulfil service requests and assist with problem investigations
* Create and maintain support documentation
* Deliver technical coaching and guidance to colleagues
* Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and service desk standards

Key Requirements:
* Active SC Clearance
* Experience in incident investigation and resolution
* Ability to fulfil requests and assist with problem investigations
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
