Cyber Security Business Analyst

A global bank is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Business Analyst to join their EMEA team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical security initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to analyse requirements and implement robust security solutions.
Details:

• Duration - Initial 6 months
• Rate - £550-£600 Inside IR35
• Hybrid - 2 days in the London office
• Start - January.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document security requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
• Evaluate and assist in the implementation of security tools and technologies.
• Drive process improvements and support the development of Target Operating Models.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor security tool performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and assist in audits.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst in Cyber Security.
• Recent experience within a Financial Services setting - Ideally Banking.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, threat management, and incident response.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as DORA and GDPR.
