HubSpot Consultant
Our client is seeking a client-facing HubSpot Consultant with deep experience across HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Data Hub (formerly Operations Hub) to help design, implement, and optimize scalable HubSpot ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and client strategy—able to translate complex data and system architecture into clear, actionable solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll partner directly with clients to understand their business needs, lead CRM migrations to HubSpot, and build reliable data foundations through integrations, data sync, and data quality initiatives. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow across platforms that support Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience across HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Data Hub (formerly Operations Hub)
- Strong experience with CRM migrations, with a focus on HubSpot
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot integrations, including API-based and/or spreadsheet-based solutions (Custom Integration experience is a huge plus!)
- Experience with data sync, data cleaning, and data quality management
- Client-facing experience with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
**95% Remote in the UK + Mandatory presence in a Manchester co-working space every other Wednesday
** Salary Range - 50K-60K GBP + Discretionary Bonus
