Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Delivery Consultant
We have an opening for a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Delivery Consultant to work on a high profile public sector project.
Skills Required:
- Strong payroll function knowledge
- Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas
- Over ten years' experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects/programmes
- Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape
- Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape
- Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations
- Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation
- Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Ability to work independently
This is a hybrid role which can be based from London or Bristol.
Candidates must either hold SC Clearance or be willing to undergo.
