Our client, a leading organisation in the connectivity and infrastructure sector, is hiring a Direct Sales Executive to support its next phase of growth across the UK market. This role plays a key part in driving new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities through digital and phone-based channels.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach
  • Qualify leads and uncover client requirements to shape tailored value propositions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
  • Maintain and progress a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting
  • Deliver engaging virtual presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and wider sales teams on targeted campaigns
  • Stay up to date with products, pricing, and market trends
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs

You’ll work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure a joined-up, data-driven approach to winning new business.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Background in technology, telecoms, SaaS, or infrastructure is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence presenting virtually
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
