🔥 The Role
As an Account Development Executive, you’ll focus on developing and expanding relationships within our existing accounts — driving retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
You’ll:
📞 Proactively engage existing customers – Build strong relationships through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
🔎 Identify growth opportunities – Understand customer objectives, challenges and uncover expansion potential.
🤝 Partner with Account Managers & Sales – Collaborate to maximise revenue within your account portfolio.
📊 Manage account activity – Maintain accurate CRM records and track engagement, opportunities and pipeline.
🚀 Strengthen customer value – Ensure customers are aware of the full breadth of our solutions and how they can benefit.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
✔️ At least 1 year in sales, account development or customer-facing commercial roles.
✔️ Experience in B2B (SaaS experience a bonus).
✔️ Strong relationship-building skills with confidence speaking to key stakeholders.
✔️ A commercially minded approach — you naturally look for opportunities to grow accounts.
✔️ Comfortable using CRM systems and managing pipelines.
