Infrastructure Support Engineer

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our internal IT team, supporting a modern Microsoft-based environment and ensuring seamless operations across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Provide hands-on support and maintenance across core infrastructure platforms, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server environments
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and security
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support legal applications and ensure compliance with data protection standards
• Assist with onboarding, device provisioning, and user access management across the firm
• Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, patching schedules, and cloud migration initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
• Proven experience in infrastructure support, ideally within professional services or legal environments
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune), backup solutions, and network troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to support users across varying technical levels
