IT Field Engineer
We are looking for an ICT Field Engineer to support clients across North and North-West London (Barnet, Hillingdon, Ealing). You’ll work independently on-site with support available from our service desk.
Role Overview
You will visit clients on a rota to carry out hardware/software installations, routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, minor repairs, and general network support. Participation in larger installation projects (e.g., servers, WiFi, device deployments) Own transport essential.
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Windows 11, AD, and Group Policy
- Experience troubleshooting network and wireless issues
- Clear communicator with strong customer-facing skills
- Able to prioritise tasks and explain technical issues simply
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- DBS check required (provided if not already held)

Equipment You May Work With Servers, desktops, laptops, tablets (iPad/Windows/Chromebooks), interactive screens/whiteboards, printers, visualisers, cameras, VoIP phones (connectivity), and other ICT equipment.
