Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic Technology & Change team in the West Midlands. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday), allowing you to collaborate directly with stakeholders and project teams while retaining flexibility.

Your Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business processes, driving efficiency, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. You will:

• Lead process mapping exercises, documenting current (AS IS) processes and designing optimized (TO BE) workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops and 1:1 sessions with stakeholders to capture requirements and align on outcomes.
• Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, and process models.
• Collaborate closely with project and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
• Provide insight and guidance on digital solutions to enhance business performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in process mapping and automation projects.
• Hands-on experience with IFS ERP is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Location: West Midlands, hybrid with 2 days on-site per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).
