Software Support Consultant

Role: Junior Software Consultant
Salary: £25K - £30k
Location: Doncaster- Remote

I'm working with an exciting client in the trust and corporate services software space - a rapidly growing SaaS company looking to add a Junior Software Consultant to their team!

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with a strong interest in technology, great communication skills, and a passion for learning. You'll be fully trained on the software and supported by a collaborative team to become a key part of the business.

The Role:

• 1st line support for clients across Europe
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed
• Assist with software testing and deployment
• Work with Microsoft technologies in a cloud-based environment
• Deliver excellent communication and customer service

Essential and Beneficial Skills:

• Basic IT knowledge and willingness to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Exposure to software testing, helpdesk, or tech support is a bonus
• Experience with Microsoft-based systems (beneficial)
• SaaS or cloud platform familiarity (nice to have)
