- Represent Info-Tech with professionalism, ensuring excellent client experiences in every interaction.
- Proven success in building, leading, and motivating high-performing B2B sales teams in the Technology industry
- Strong people leadership skills with a history of developing top-performing sales talent.
- A track record of exceeding sales and revenue goals in a professional services, SaaS, or subscription-based business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze metrics and deliver results under pressure.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- Four days in office
- Valid passport is required).
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in German is strongly preferred to support our diverse client base
