Information Technology Associate
Insight Global are seeking a Information Technology Associate on behalf of one of their global consulting clients.
Please note, this role is based in London, onsite 5x per week, for a 6-month contract.
Overview of Day-to Day:
This Tier 1 support role is ideal for someone with IT experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You'll be the go-to person for providing hands on support at IT Hub areas and will be responsible for building and configuring hardware for new hires and replacements, delivering a seamless "white glove" experience.
Key responsibilities include providing in-person technical support at IT Hub walk-up stations, delivering high-touch customer service to ensure a smooth user experience. The role involves building and configuring laptops for new joiners and replacements, supporting application setup, and performing basic troubleshooting. The IT Associate will also log and manage IT service tickets to maintain efficient and responsive support operations.
Must-Have Requirements:
- IT support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Windows 11, Mac and Microsoft Office
- Ticketing systems experience (ideally ServiceNow)
- Imaging experience (preferably using Intune)
- Application setup and configuration experience
- Should be familiar with Active Directory (e.g., password resets, account lockouts), troubleshooting.
- Mobile phone experience (MDM) with IOS
