An excellent opportunity for a data analyst to join a growing insurance company in the heart of the City
You will be supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation by analysing complex datasets, identifying trends, providing accurate information, and maximising efficiencies in existing sets of reports
Collecting, cleaning, and validating large datasets and performing statistical analysis to supporting underwriting and claims
Developing dashboards and reports using tools like SAP Business Objects and Power BI
Collaborating with actuaries, underwriting, claims, and IT teams to understand data needs
Supporting regulatory reporting and compliance through accurate data analysis
Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
Experience and skills required:
Data analysis experience ideally gained in the Insurance industry
Preferably a degree in the following subjects: Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field
Advanced Excel skills
SQL experience
Knowledge of BI tools, e.g. Power BI, SAP Business Objects
The ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
An understanding of statistical methods
