Intuit International

Intuit has a rapidly expanding business outside the US - the International Organisation. International is organised into 3 regions for scale, EMEA, APAC, Canada/LATAM serviced from the International hubs of London, Sydney, Toronto. Our International business focuses on two main segments; Small Business and Emerging Mid-Market and the key channels that support them - Accountants and Agencies. The objectives of the International business are to bring Intuit's AI-driven expert platform to market for small and medium sized businesses.

AI-driven expert platform

Today, Small and Medium-sized businesses rely on a patchwork of tools to solve their most important problems. The variety of choices rarely translate to a seamless workflow — instead, customers are stuck with disconnected tools or overly complex platforms. Intuit can offer a differentiated proposition through the connected E2E platform that SMEs depend on daily to run and grow their business. Our connected platform will automate tasks that often impede cashflow, by helping businesses get customers and manage cash flow better while unlocking better decisions. This will be achieved through a suite of connected apps, delivering done-for-you-experiences, providing data driven insights, ability to "hire" AI agents that have fluency over tasks, workflows and jobs with the proactive counsel of a suite of live experts, putting a virtual C-suite behind millions of SMBs. This year, we will launch our done-for-you platform with AI and Expertise across both the QuickBooks and Mailchimp brands increasing the value we deliver to customers globally.
