Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a driven and delivery-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Hove. This role is primarily focused on resourcing and delivering across a high volume of live vacancies, working with existing clients to fill roles quickly and effectively.

You will recruit across a broad range of IT positions, including sales, delivery, operational, and technical roles. While new business development is welcomed, this is not a core requirement—the emphasis is on high-quality delivery.

• Manage and deliver multiple IT vacancies simultaneously across sales, delivery, operational, and technical functions
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct search
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and priorities
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and placement
• Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience
• Meet delivery targets and support overall team performance
• Accurately update CRM systems and recruitment trackers
• Support new business activity where appropriate (not essential)

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant (IT or tech-focused preferred, but not essential)
• Strong delivery mindset with the ability to manage high volumes of roles
• Experience recruiting across multiple job functions or disciplines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude

• Exposure to IT or technology recruitment
• Experience with new business development or account growth
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems
