Site Supervisor

What will you be doing?

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations for a team of field and site-based engineers. You will act as a leadership figure, ensuring service delivery standards are met while supporting the development and performance of your team. This role combines operational management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support field and site-based engineering teams
  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues
  • Monitor and manage service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Produce and analyse operational and performance reports
  • Support workforce planning and resource management
  • Drive continuous improvement across service delivery processes
  • Provide coaching, training, and development support to team members
  • Manage absence, performance reviews, and team wellbeing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
  • Collaborate with internal management teams and external stakeholders
  • Support disciplinary processes when required
  • Verify overtime and expenses in line with company guidelines
  • Conduct regular visits to operational sites when necessary

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience (CompTIA A+ or similar desirable)
  • Willingness to obtain security clearance

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 + comprehensive benefits package

Location: Hounslow

Work Arrangement: On-site
