Technology Support Specialist - Law

Our client, a leading and world-renowned US Law Firm is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to join their internal IT team, where you will be providing a high level of technical support to internal users within the London office.

Due to an exciting phase of growth our client is looking to add a Technology Support Specialist to their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within a Legal or professional services environment, where you are used to acting as the first point of contact for technical issues and user support.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a keen interest in IT, with a minimum of 1 years’ experience providing a high level of 1st Line support with a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a highlevel of support for iPhones and iPads
  • Meeting room setup including hybrid meetings using both Teams and Zoom
  • Log and manage support calls
  • Be proactive in resolving technical faults, escalating where necessary
  • Supporting with physical office moves, PC reimaging, replacing hardware issues and setting up temporary equipment for staff
  • Ensure service levels are maintained, prioritizing tasks where necessary

Key Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar Technical Support position, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Windows Server, Windows 11, O365, iManage, Exchange, Outlook experience all advantages
  • Experience in providing iOS and Android support
  • Excellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues all levels
  • Confident working both independently and as part of the wider team
