What will you be doing?
- 2nd line support using ManageEngine ServiceDesk
- Manage backups, anti-virus, and server security
- Assist with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and virtualisation platforms
- Provide user support across Windows 10/11, iOS and Android
- Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks, 24/7 cover)
What do we need from you?
- Strong experience with Windows operating systems and AD
- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and hybrid AD environments
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 platforms
- A proactive approach to IT security and problem solving
