1st Line Support - Team Lead - £35K

1st Line, Team Lead, Windows Os, Office 365, Service Desk, Help Desk, Customer Support, SLA's.

This is a brand new permanent position with a successful, established Kent MSP.

If you have good experience of 1st Line IT support, and are comfortable leading, mentoring and managing people, then we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be Kent / East Sussex-based and a car driver.

Good understanding of supporting Microsoft-based environments at a 1st Line Level needed.

Excellent team leading / man management essential.

The goal of the role is to support a happy IT team and provide an excellent customer experience.
