Office Manager/EA within an innovative Technology and AI client -£45-£50k hybrid

A cutting-edge start up AI technology client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to the CEO and senior leadership team in the office. This role will require the EA/Office Manager to travel ocassionally to the US

This is a pivotal role where you will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless operations across the business while providing dedicated support to an ambitious and fast-paced executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complex diary management across multiple time zones

• Organising extensive international travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the CEO and senior leaders

• Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact for the leadership team

• Managing action points, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

• Overseeing smooth office operations of the new offices, liaising with IT, and facilities

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previously a minimum of three years experience as an Office Manager and/or EA at C-suite level

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills

• Confident handling international travel and complex schedules

• Professional, discreet, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
