Support Administrator Apprentice

We are looking to recruit our next Support Administrator to work within the admin team supporting with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone and communication skills.

Role

Call Management

  • Taking and directing calls with a professional approach and telephone manner
  • Representing the business with a positive & professional attitude

Administration based duties

  • Supporting the sales recruitment team with the production of CVs to a very high standard (key is accuracy & speed) using MS word-based templates, (around 100 templates)
  • General office duties such as filing, scanning, processing incoming/outgoing mail etc.
  • Data input support using our in-house database / Daxtra
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks to support the administration function

Full training will be given where required.

Training

  • One day per week study day, Newcastle College (ST5 2GB)
  • Could lead to a permanent position for the right person.
