Support Administrator Apprentice
We are looking to recruit our next Support Administrator to work within the admin team supporting with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone and communication skills.
Role
Call Management
- Taking and directing calls with a professional approach and telephone manner
- Representing the business with a positive & professional attitude
Administration based duties
- Supporting the sales recruitment team with the production of CVs to a very high standard (key is accuracy & speed) using MS word-based templates, (around 100 templates)
- General office duties such as filing, scanning, processing incoming/outgoing mail etc.
- Data input support using our in-house database / Daxtra
- Any other ad-hoc tasks to support the administration function
Full training will be given where required.
Training
- One day per week study day, Newcastle College (ST5 2GB)
- Could lead to a permanent position for the right person.
